Chair covers have been the most frequently requested event enhancement the past few years. And as professional designers, we value that chair covers allow you to control the visual "clutter" in any event space, creating a neutral base from which your decor and floral can really stand out.
Will any style of chair cover fit?

Not all chairs fit on all chair covers. That’s why we have a variety of styles. The most important measurement to consider when renting chair covers is the height, as that determines if the cover will graze the floor, pillow on the floor, or show some of the chair leg. Also, our chair covers are designed for armless chairs only.
Do all hotels and venues have the same banquet chairs?

Different venues have different chairs! (Don’t worry; we’ll have a style and color that fits your event.)
Which chair cover will fit the chairs at my event?

Just like dresses and tuxedos, we recommend trying it on. We know the chairs at many local venues, but it’s best for you to check it personally.
How do I measure a chair?

We think it is best to consider the height of the chair (from the feet to top of the chair), height of seat (from the feet to the seat), dimensions of the seat (width and depth), and the width of the chair back (from left to right).
Can my family, friends, and I put on the chair covers to save money?

Sure, DIY installation of chair covers is possible, but if you prefer to save time and energy, we’re super-efficient (it’s our expertise, after all). It does take a combination of time and expertise to get the chair covers to look right, especially if you’re very detail-oriented like us!
Why would I rent them instead of
buying them?

You certainly could buy them, but you may have to do so sight unseen. The chair covers may be ill-fitting or come to you dirty and wrinkled. Then, you also have to haul them in and out, put them on and take them off, clean them, and resell them. (Why not let us do all that?)
Are chair covers really worth the money?

That’s up to you (of course we think they are!). If you want to achieve a certain look at your event and the existing chairs take away from that, they’re probably worth it. Or, if you are planning nice table décor, don’t forget about the chairs. Ultimately, you have to determine what is important to you for photos, memories, guest impressions, and so on.
Can I get sashes with my chair covers?

Yes, sashes can be added to any chair cover. They are a separate yet inexpensive way to bring in your event colors or complete the look and feel.
Can I get chair covers without sashes?

Absolutely! They’re not required, but they do make a significant impact.
Is it possible to use sashes without
chair covers?

It's your event and there are no official rules. Frequently, we use sashes alone on our outdoor garden chairs for a vintage whimsy look. Just be mindful of whether or not your venue's chairs suit your vision.
On wedding planning websites, some commenters say that adding chair covers just creates a sea of white polyester.

Guess what? Not all chair covers are poly. Not all chair covers are white. And, not all table linens are white! So, you have nothing to worry about.
Do guests even notice the chairs?

Some will and some won’t. Since you’re reading this Q&A, you are probably a person who does notice (so are we, by the way). And, you’re probably also the type of person that has a fully matching vision for your event. Chairs that are inconsistent with that vision can detract from the other beautiful decor you've selected so carefully.
Are there any alternatives to chair covers?

Of course! You could rent different chairs entirely, like Chiavari, white garden, fan back, or ghost chairs. Or, consider chair bands, chair caps or backs, chiffon tails, rhinestone embellishments, floral posies and so much more!

The ruched spandex chair cover, sometimes referred to as ruffled, creates a contemporary and decorative look. Like the stretched covers, these fit square or rounded back standard banquet chairs and have reinforced pockets for chair feet.
Ruched spandex is lightweight, synthetic material known for its elasticity and form-fitting appearance, but features a pleated gathering of fabric.
Due to the detailed, tucked finish created on the back of chairs, these ruched covers do not need many embellishments. If desired, sash ties can make a complementary statement.
